How To Completely Disable Firefox Tiles (Including Tracking Features)

Here’s how to disable Mozilla Firefox’s ability to track your browsing history.

To Disable Mozilla Tiles Completely:
Start Firefox and open a new tab. Leave the top URL bar blank

Type about:config into the address bar, and click ok to alert message.
Type browser.newtab into the search bar.
Edit browser.newtab.url by changing it to about:blank.
Edit browser.newtabpage.directory.ping by removing its value, leaving it blank.
Edit browser.newtabpage.directory.source by removing its value, leaving it blank.
